Renowned Baseball and Performance Coach Dr. Tom Hanson hires Todd Pearl to illustrate and design his new book "Play Big"
April 22, 2011, Tampa, Florida Dr. Tom Hanson launched his new book, PLAY BIG at The
Fox Cafe in Tampa, Florida on April 22nd. His book, Play Big, Mental
Toughness Secrets That Take Baseball Players To The Next Level, is a
must read for everyone. While targeted for baseball, the lessons you
will learn can be applied in everyday life. Tom hired accomplished illustrator and graphic designer Todd Pearl to both design and illustrate the needed images throughout the book that best communicated his philosophy and techniques in improving the performance of his clients.
"Todd Pearl is fantastic. He's greatly
elevated the image and stature of my business. He's a joy to work with,
and he produces jaw-dropping graphics. He far surpassed my vision for
my book, PLAY BIG, and every day I get compliments on how great the book
looks and feels. I'll be using him for the rest of my business
career. You will too if you give him a shot."

Quinsigamond Community College New Mascot The Wyvern takes Center Court
JUNE 15, 2010_Worcester, MA
- The QCC gymnasium received a makover recently, when its
basketball court was repainted with the new College mascot - the wyvern.
Designed by Todd
Pearl. A professional
artist took about a week to paint the endlines and the center court.
THE
REBRANDING CONTINUES
Along with the new brand taking center
court, the design and production of our new school mascot for games and
other events made it's debut. QCC continues in its
rebranding efforts across a number of mediums within the College. All
brochures, booklets, and catalogs now carry the new logo. Giveaways, and athletic and casual apparel
include the new Wyvern image. The Marketing and Communications
Department has made a concerted effort to ensure the new logo and Wyvern
mascot are fixtures on all publications and casual items. The effort
can be seen on roadside billboards and advertisements placed in
Worcester and South County media as well.
Michigan
Radio has selected artist Todd Pearl as the winner of
the
2010 Michigan Radio T-shirt Design contest. Pearl, a professional
illustrator/designer and Detroit native (now living in Clawson,) created
a nine-cell image depicting various images that represent the essence
of Michigan Radio. Themes of press briefings, the environment, the auto
industry, food, and satellite connectivity make up some of the images.
The design is featured on the
station’s official 2010 T Shirt –
available as a thank you gift for pledges of $120 or greater.
